Serunding or Spiced Coconut floss is a side dish or a condiment in Malay and Indonesian cuisines. There are many ways to prepare serunding as some prefer having shredded beef in it to make Serunding daging. It can also be served with lontong (rice cakes) or pulut (glutinous rice). Our serunding is just the filling alone and is ready to be eaten, so you can add on and adjust it to your liking.
