Asam Pedas Scallops
Here is an easy recipe made using our Asam Pedas paste but with a twist!
Chilli and parsley for garnish
Wahyu Brand Asam Pedas paste
Melt margarine on the pan then pan sear the scallops
Put scallops aside then add a spoonful of margarine and sauté onion till slightly brown
Add spoonfuls of Wahyu Brand Asam Pedas paste according to quantity of scallops(200g of paste for 1kg of mollusk) and stir-fry for a few minutes
Add water and drop in a few lime leaves and let it simmer
