Season and massage white pepper and salt evenly on to the salmon
Melt butter on the pan then pan sear the seasoned salmon
Put aside salmon then roast cherry tomatoes on the pan for a few minutes
Put roasted tomatoes aside then sauté chopped onions till slightly brown
Add spoonfuls of Wahyu Brand Lodeh paste according to quantity of salmon (200g of paste for 1kg of fish) and stir-fry for a few minutes
Add water and mix coconut milk into the pan and let it simmer before adding on top of the salmon
Plate it with your favourite sides or boil some pasta to eat with the leftover Lodeh gravy! Enjoy!
