Directions
Pour oil onto pan and sauté chopped onions
Once onions are slightly brown, add spoonfuls of Wahyu Brand Rawon paste according to quantity of chicken (200g of paste for 1kg of chicken) and stir-fry for a few minutes
Add chicken and mix well with paste, then add water
Let it simmer, then throw in a few pieces of lime leaves a few minutes before turning off the stove

Add your garnish to your liking! We recommend topping off with beansprouts and sliced chillis. Our Rawon paste is usually served as a stew but you may adjust the amount of water added to your liking.
